Berlin School of Creative Leadership Foundation
Reuniting Art and Technology
The world needs a new renaissance. This rebirth consists of the idea of reuniting art and technology. Both spheres were unseparated when the era of modernity dawned. This is what we want to achieve again.
About the Foundation
Berlin School of Creative Leadership Foundation helps to create Universities.
It is the coming years that will determine whether we will respond courageously and appropriately to the political, economic and ecological challenges of the present. The European Union wants to become climate-neutral by 2050.
This is not only a question of saving the planet but it is also a political question of strategic dimensions. And it will only be possible if there are profound transformations in almost every part of our life. In the future, we need excellent educational institutions from which this transformation will emanate.
We are talking about a change in social coexistence, production cycles and consumption styles. We are also talking about how we will build infrastructure and protect critical infrastructure in the future. We are asking how we can achieve the transformation to a bio-based and sustainable economy.
Perspective
The goal is to build a new combination of knowledge fields for solutions in entrepreneurial, technological and societal issues.
We believe that a new generation of inventors, entrepreneurs and leaders are part of these future solutions as role models for good leadership. We share a deep sense of responsibility to contribute to the future of a global society and we know that we have the means to meet this challenge.
Our key word is literacy across disciplines and media. We need to be able to read our world today, across disciplines, but also across time, from Plato to Yuval Noah Harari, from Alfred Einstein to Sam Altman. We will create a new community that is able to see the future of our planet from a strategic and global perspective.
History

The “Berlin School of Creative Leadership Foundation” was founded by Michael Conrad, Zurich, already with the purpose of holding and operating a university. For more than 15 years, the Foundation operated the “Berlin School of Creative Leadership”, which was accredited at Steinbeiss University. It was transferred to Steinbeiss Hochschule in 2022.
Last year, for reasons of age, Michael Conrad asked Gerhard Blechinger to succeed him as President of the Foundation. Berlin School of Creative Leadership Foundation is now investor and accelerator for academic initiatives.
